We are looking for a People Operations Leader to continue to build and evolve the people operations function and enable our next stage of scale. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will develop, iterate, and own the strategy and implementation of key processes, programs, policies, and People technology systems. This will be a critical role in delivering our promise to be the best place to work by providing a world-class employee experience end to end.

You are an experienced people leader. You have years of experience and deep expertise in people ops. Ideally, you have built out the function from scratch in another high-growth startup and have gone on to lead it through various stages of growth. From compensation to talent management, you bring both breadth and depth to the role.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Masters preferred;
- 8+ years experience leading people operations and technology functions in a rapidly growing technology company;
- Visionary and strategic with a focus on execution. You are able to balance the high-level with the details and excel in an ambiguous environment;
- Keen eye towards the “user experience” and ability to simplify processes that scale;
- Highly operationally-minded, master collaborator and communicator;
- Track record of building and leading teams.
What will you do:
- Be a critical member of the People Leadership team to drive a unified people strategy and deliver on key business initiatives and outcomes;
- Manage and build the people operations team;
- Define and execute on the overall people ops and technology strategy which will include but not limited to the following remit: compliance, immigration, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, contingent workforce and HR systems and technology;
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as talent acquisition, people business partners, finance, and legal to build simple and delightful processes;
- Own the HR technology stack, updates and integrations;
- Oversee people data and analytics to ensure the people team is making data-driven decisions.
You’ll help shape the culture and people programs. As part of the Provectus team, you will move fast. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we continue creating an incredible employee experience and teams can do their best work. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives across the organization including, but not limited to, talent management, facilities, compensation and benefits, employee experience.
You’ll help foster a culture of continuous feedback and growth. You’ll help establish our performance management processes and programs to create a culture of growth. You’ll help the team create active feedback loops to ensure we are thoughtfully scaling our culture and processes as we grow.
You’ll be a coach to managers and team members. You'll partner closely with everyone in the org, ensuring that team leaders and managers have the guidance and tools they need to support their teams and thrive.
You’ll ensure we build robust operations and ensure compliance as we scale. You’ll build out robust operations and compliance policies. From rolling out seamless payroll and onboarding flows to leveling up our HR systems as we grow, you’ll make sure we are building a strong foundation for growth and always preparing ourselves for the next stage.
You’ll be an owner. We believe in hiring great people and giving them as much responsibility as they can handle. As the head of people ops, you will be trusted to run a large and critical part of the business and given ambitious projects to tackle.
