We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer. This position requires a deep understanding of both hardware and software systems, as well as the ability to integrate and maintain a wide range of technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for LDAP integration, Linux administration, and ensuring robust security and compliance with SOC2 standards.
Responsibilities:
- System Integration and Management: Implement LDAP integration and manage integrations with various monitoring systems to ensure seamless operation and security.
- Linux System Administration: Oversee and manage Linux server environments, including RPM management, creating custom Linux images, script-based automation, and templating. Support and manage SFTP services.
- Cloud Services Management: Manage AWS services including S3, network configurations, load balancers, EFS, KMS, and API gateway, ensuring optimal TCO.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure systems meet SOC2 compliance requirements and assist with implementing and maintaining backup systems.
- Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analysis of system outages and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document all technical procedures and user guides, ensure documentation is SOC2 compliant, and provide updates and reports to stakeholders regarding system status and health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Linux system administration and LDAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
- Knowledge of RPM package management and image creation for Linux.
- Familiarity with backup systems and disaster recovery protocols.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, focusing on detailed reporting and documentation.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
