We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Travel and Relocation Manager to join our ambitious People&Culture team and to manage, operate and administer all the travel, relocation and immigration affairs of Provectus employees to the USA, Canada, Poland, Romania, Turkey and other locations.
You will closely cooperate with the legal and finance departments and location leaders connecting the dots between them and owning the travel and relocation process.   

Responsibilities related to travel: 
- Plan travel accommodations and itineraries: researching destinations and available services; booking hotels, flights, and car rentals; coordinating activities and managing documentation; evaluating travel services to find the best quality for the price. 
- Process travel documents, coordinate payments, assist with visa applications and travel insurance etc.  
- Plan and develop corporate travel policy and budget. Prepare periodic travel budget reports and work to stay within budget. 
- Assist with travel issues if any. 

Responsibilities related to relocation:  
- Manage and directly support all employee relocation and immigration activities of Provectus employees to the USA, Canada, Poland, Romania, Turkey and other countries as required and ensure that professional and high-quality relocation services are provided to employees.  
- Enhance corporate relocation program, prepare and manage the corporate relocation budget.  
- Coordinate smooth immigration process, work and residence permits in cooperation with legal and external immigration consultants. 
- Act as the central point of contact for employees regarding their relocation and legalization process, work and residence permits, insurance, travel and accommodation. 

- Experience in relocation and immigration, preferably to the USA, Canada, Poland, Romania, Turkey (experience from multinational organizations is a plus). 
- Customer service orientation; 
- Strong administration and organizational skills, able to manage priorities and follow-ups;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
