Main Responsibilities
Identifies and analyzes business opportunities as well as building and maintaining relationships leading to company growth. Oversees the management and client growth of U.S. office in Dallas, Texas and Palo Alto, California. Lead sales managers in the U.S and works closely with management on the development and implementation of the marketing and sales strategies of the company in the U.S. Develops business relationships and client acquisition in the U.S. market, with particular focus on Texas-based ventures representing high-value and high-margin outcomes for the Provectus IT conglomerate’s portfolio, including locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential clients and continuing engagement with current ones, closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Analyzes market strategies, deal requirements, and financials to evaluate options. Manages sales processes and operations for U.S.-based prospects. Creates quotas for inbound and outbound sales and establishes forecasted goals for sales. Monitors the results of operations from the offshore office in Odessa, Ukraine. Direct the operational management of the design and development for mobile consulting. Supervises four subordinate team members in Sales and three subordinate team members in Marketing. Primary worksite located in Dallas, TX; job includes 1-2 days of monthly travel to company headquarters located in Palo Alto, CA. 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • At least two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in the following:  
  • Overseeing sales and marketing operations for an Information Technology company;
    Developing and implementing new growth strategies for an Information Technology company;
    Coordination of marketing campaigns, budgets, spending, goals and results for an Information Technology company;
    Preparation of documentation for deal closings and reporting; and
    Account management.
