We are looking for an HR/Office Manager that is excited to have a meaningful impact. The Business Partner serves as a thought partner on all things people and culture specifically for our Global Engineering Organization. Your time will be spent supporting our Managers & Supervisors to be great people leaders.
In this role, you will also be hands on for a wide variety of people practices, programs, and tools that bring to life our culture for every employee.

What You’ll Do:
 As an HR Manager you will be a partner with the Location Leader and People Team to provide people services across the full employee lifecycle in the organization: 
- Effectively onboard new hires to set them up for success in their career with Provectus. This may include facilitating new hire onboarding training, setting them up in our HR Systems, answering onboarding questions, etc.;
- Be the go-to person for employees to get guidance or support related to our people practices and systems;
- Enable the administration of our robust benefits and leave of absence programs by advising and supporting employees throughout the process;
- Manage the process, data collection, and reporting for the various tools and systems we use on a daily basis, i.e. Bamboo HR, Lever, etc.;
- Design & implement teambuilding initiatives and culture events for employees and tech meetups to build tech local communities;
- Partner with cross-department and cross-functional teams to create and implement process improvements and other special projects as they arise;
- Conduct investigations of employee relations issues in alignment with Provectus’ standard, values and leadership principles;
- Take part in the hiring process and acess the cultural fit of the candidates;
- Process HRIS transactions including organizational changes, terminations, and leave of absence in BambooHR;
- Assist with the performance, level assessment, trial period reviews and compensation review process.

As an Office Manager you will:
- Office administration management and coordination of service providers including a cleaning person, house masters etc.;
- Ordering provisions and consumables, tracking stocks of cookies, coffee and tea;
- Maintains all office non-IT equipment procurement, consumable and expendable materials, industrial and household items;
- Office maintenance Employee workplace preparation, monitoring the functioning of the office equipment;
- Creates payment requests for approvals by timely submission to the system and that invoices and paid on time;
- Ensures proper running and maintenance of office, utilities and infrastructure by coordinating with suppliers and vendors of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, appliance maintenance, electrical and other services;
- Plans and supervises basic office repairs including furniture and appliances and miscellaneous works as needed. 

What You’ll Need:
- Have a B.S. or B.A. and 2+ years of Human Resources/Office Management experience;
- Deeply share our values of partnership, transparency, ownership, and obsession;
- Have some knowledge of HR policies and laws in Armenia;
- Are naturally inquisitive, resourceful, and resilient;
- Effectively manage the details as you work towards the bigger picture;
- Have the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize your work without compromising quality or the experience you are working to deliver;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Punctuality, responsibility, result-oriented, communication and negotiation skills, team player;
- Have experience with a wide variety of systems and tools (Microsoft, Google Applications, Excel, PowerPoint).
