Main Responsibilities

In designing strategy and in management of all processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team

In driving programs to increase Provectus’ brand awareness amongst the best and brightest candidates through candidate-centric recruiting experience;

In boosting efficiency of all people-centered activities such as onboarding, professional training and development, employee performance management, personal growth through peer-to-peer-learning and mentoring programs.

In bringing the founders culture to fruition through strategic “storytelling” designed to maximizе employee engagement, focus and drive to contribute to Provectus’ mission and, vision whist achieving individual tactical objectives.

In orchestrating shared values across employees, customers, suppliers, investors and community and reinforcing them with every communication and initiative.

In leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to rapidly increase Provectus’ sourcing and recruiting capabilities along with many other jobs across the organization.

In ensuring transparency to corporate measure of success across organizations and for each employee combined with the incentives-base global compensation strategy and other innovative non-monetary employee motivation.

In developing and driving programs with measurable improvements in employee loyalty
