Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Account Manager to manage all activities related to relationship growth with existing and prospect accounts. You will work directly with our partners as a key contributor to long-term partnership strategy and profitable business growth.
- An accomplished leader with a strong ability to lead project delivery and technical background ;
- You have a good understanding of the software development life cycle;
- Solid account management experience and understanding of business needs and goals;
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills: You possess the ability to inspire, align and lead cross-functional teams;
- Keen sense of creative thinking and problem solving;
- A real passion for customer experience, software development, and technology.
- Managing accounts on an on-going basis. This includes frequent service follow-ups, problem-solving, and emerging needs identification.
- Ensure that results are being delivered on time and on budget;
- Lead account growth: define client's both long and short-term needs, identify new opportunities, and activate new projects and workstreams.
